For this reason, each group class is focused on:
• Increasing and maintaining strong bones and muscles
• Healthy cardiovascular function
• Improved flexibility and balance

Freedom Fitness programs can be tailored to any fitness level from beginner to advanced.
Liberty Fit
This general group fitness class is ideal for older adults who are physically “well”. It includes warm-up, cardio workout, muscle strengthening, balance, stretching and a gradual cool-down. Most of the class is spent standing and will make use of dynabands, balls and wands.
Freedom “Sit-Ness”
This class is perfect for physically well adults who may have mobility and balance issues – but who are able to stand and walk short distances. The class includes the same components as Liberty Fit, but uses a chair for exercise and balance activities.
Freedom2gether (Small Group Training)
This class is specifically designed for small groups of 2-5 people who would like to get fit together. Enjoy a general fitness class or have us develop a specialized program, the choice is yours!
Free ‘Style’ (Individual)
If you are looking for a program that is “just for you”, then the Free Style is your best bet! Freedom Fitness will create a tailor-made program for you and also supervise your progress. Let us help you get fit at home, outdoors or in your local gym with customized training that is fun and flexible.
